The Original Dr. Chaos "Butt
Plug" Chicken Cooker!

This shows about a 3.5 lb whole
chicken sitting on the Butt Plug.  Ouch!
This is after I basted it with my Home
made BBQ Sauce!
This shows the cup that ended up
under the Butt Plug with my top secret
brew.  This brew will steam the inside
of your chicken so it will be incredibly
moist!!  Make sure you do this before
you put the chicken on.  Stupid!
All right, so I had to wash my hands
twice!

For BBQ
Sauce Rub
Recipe
For Dry Rub
BBQ/Bourbon Sauce

One bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce of your
choice, I like the honey ones.
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs.  Gentleman Jack
1/4 Tsp. Tail Scorcher Hot Sauce
Use this to baste the chicken, then save some later
for dipping!!
Basically a spice mixture for salting the skin

2 Tbs. Olive oil
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs.  Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
3 Small Onions to fill in neck cavity

For Brew
Mixture
2/3 Cup of Beer
1 small cut up onion
1 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning
2 Tbs. Gentleman Jack
2 Tbs.  Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Tail Scorcher Hot Sauce
How to:
Clean and wash Chicken inside and out.  Remove inside stuff. Pat dry.
Set on But Plug for a sturdy place to do the skin preparation.
Make the Dry Rub and brush it on lightly all over the chicken, don't
forget under the wings and legs, and slop some down the neck cavity.
Next place 1-3 small onions in the neck cavity to plug the chicken up so
it will steam better.  Now make your BBQ Sauce mixture and brush this
on lightly also. Try not to put on too heavy around the wings or leg
areas like I did. Still came out great though!  
 Now make your Brew formula and try not to drink it yet.  Put it in the
cup!  Place the cup under the Butt Plug first!  Then put the chicken on
and baste away!  After it looks something like the pictures above, place
it in a Turkey basting pan and shove it in the oven (This is the oven
version of the recipe)  To make it on a grill, omit the Turkey Pan.
For the oven recipe, bake at 350 for about an hour and 15 minutes, or
until meat temperature at the thigh is 180 degrees F.
Keep all drunks away from oven!  That Damn Bird is HOT!
And that Butt Plug is HOTTER!!
Let it stand 10 minutes if you dare, then let the drunks in.  I have no
more pictures of the Chicken after it came out of the oven.  We waited
about 20 seconds.  Burned my hands several times but MAN it was
worth it!!  You will never go back to ordinary chicken ever again!!!!
